Custom product policies

Custom products are made for you and cannot be resold, so a few rules differ from ordinary retail. You accept these at checkout.

Cancellations

• Before proof approval: cancel any time for a full refund.
• After proof approval: production has started; cancellation is possible only before printing and may carry a materials charge.

Reprints and refunds

• Our error (does not match the approved proof, defects, damage in transit): free reprint, or refund if we cannot reprint in time.
• Approved-proof error (typo, wrong size approved): reprint at materials-only price. This is why we ask you to check the exact copy on every proof.
• Quantity is guaranteed: you receive at least the quantity ordered.

Artwork rights

By uploading artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to print it, including logos and trademarks. We keep a record of this attestation with your order. We will decline art that appears to infringe on others' rights or that is illegal to print.

Color and material

Colors are reproduced as closely as the material allows; exact brand color matches are not guaranteed on vinyl. Materials and finishes are described on each product page.

Your data

Artwork, proofs and order history are kept so you can reorder from your Brand Locker. See our privacy policy for retention and deletion.
