Custom product policies

Custom products are made for you and cannot be resold, so a few rules differ from ordinary retail. Required order policies are accepted at checkout; portfolio permission below is optional.

Cancellations

• Before proof approval: cancel any time for a full refund.
• After proof approval: production has started; cancellation is possible only before printing and may carry a materials charge.

Reprints and refunds

• Our error (does not match the approved proof, defects, damage in transit): free reprint, or refund if we cannot reprint in time.
• Approved-proof error (typo, wrong size approved): reprint at materials-only price. This is why we ask you to check the exact copy on every proof.
• Quantity is guaranteed: you receive at least the quantity ordered.

Artwork rights

By uploading artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to print it, including logos and trademarks. We keep a record of this attestation with your order. We will decline art that appears to infringe on others' rights or that is illegal to print.

Optional portfolio permission

Uploading artwork or agreeing to print rights does not authorize marketing use. The separate, optional portfolio checkbox is selected by default at checkout and on quote requests. Uncheck it to keep your project out of our portfolio; this never prevents an order or quote. Only when submitted with that box selected may we show the finished work from that order or request in our website and social-media portfolio. You confirm that you own, or have the necessary permission to authorize, that promotional use. You keep ownership of your artwork; this permission does not authorize its resale or use on other customers’ products.

We exclude personal and contact details, private QR destinations and confidential information from portfolio images. Original uploads remain private. Choosing not to participate has no effect on your order and does not subscribe you to marketing email. Permission does not carry over to another order or request.

To withdraw permission for future use, contact us with your order or quote reference using the email you ordered with. We will record your withdrawal, stop future use and remove showcase posts we control. We cannot recall copies already shared by others.

Color and material

Colors are reproduced as closely as the material allows; exact brand color matches are not guaranteed on vinyl. Materials and finishes are described on each product page.

Artwork, proofs and order history are kept so you can reorder from your Brand Locker. See our privacy policy for retention and deletion.
