We collect what we need to make and deliver your order — nothing for its own sake.

What we collect

• Contact details and delivery address for your orders.
• Artwork you upload, the proofs made from it, and your approvals.
• Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Anonymous usage analytics on this site, only after you consent. Analytics never include artwork, prices you were quoted for someone else, or personal details.

Why

To price, proof, produce and deliver your order; to let you reorder from your Brand Locker; and to answer support questions. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Orders, proofs and approvals are kept as business records. Artwork and Brand Locker items are kept so you can reorder; ask us to delete them any time and we will, except where a record is required for a completed order.

Your choices

You can decline analytics, unsubscribe from marketing email, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us with your order email.
