We collect the information needed to make and deliver your order.

What we collect

• Contact details and delivery address for your orders.
• Artwork you upload, the proofs made from it, and your approvals.
• Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Anonymous usage analytics on this site, only after you consent. Analytics never include artwork, prices you were quoted for someone else, or personal details.

Why

To price, proof, produce and deliver your order; to let you reorder from your Brand Locker; and to answer support questions. We do not sell personal data.

Optional portfolio use

Artwork uploads are private by default. The optional portfolio checkbox on order and quote forms is selected by default; you can uncheck it without affecting your order. If you submit it selected, we record that choice and may show the finished work in our website and social-media portfolio, excluding personal/contact details and confidential information. No files are published automatically. This choice is separate from printing permission and marketing email consent. See portfolio permission for the scope and how to withdraw it.

Retention

Orders, proofs and approvals are kept as business records. Artwork and Brand Locker items are kept so you can reorder; ask us to delete them any time and we will, except where a record is required for a completed order.

Your choices

You can decline analytics, unsubscribe from marketing email, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us with your order email.
